This month we are highlighting Hillary Hoffman for our employee spotlight. Hillary is our Sales Support Manager and is based in Phoenix, Arizona. She has proven herself invaluable as she not only works cross-functionally, but supports our sales team like an absolute superstar! “She’s able to predict what we need, before we know what we need,” and has mutually adopted the apt name “Radara” from the 1980’s US TV show MASH, where character Radar O’Reilly who could read the minds of colleagues, said Jack Clayton. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QIQcj_2STac

She supports six sales team members from all over the country. Hillary is a total asset in communication and developing no nonsense relationships with our customers.

From our marketing team’s perspective, she’s been so helpful in communication, tracking documents, and always lending a helping hand. “Without Hillary, we would not have the help we need in terms of streamlining communication with our sales team,” said Samantha Jordan. Whenever our team needs help to get something done, she does it - no questions asked. 

If Hillary could be an animal, she’d choose a Howler monkey as it wouldn’t be considered weird to climb trees and yell. Her sense of humor and her personality make her a pleasure to work with.
