1. Analysis ESS project RFP, specification, and customer requests to determine all technical delivery requirements.
2. Work closely with sales and engineering teams to generate technical proposals and provide overall technical solutions to customers.
3. Collaborate with HQ team to support project engineering during the project execution phase, including but not limited to BOS design, supporting 3rd party engineering study, EPC system level design etc.
4. Be a technical liaison for the Sales team, customers, and other essential teams to assure internal alignment.
5. Perform as a technical expert for general ESS product application, specification, and technical inquiries, and develop and refine technical specs and drawings as needed.
6. Manage the internal and external technical portals to better facilitate internal and customer needs.
7. Support in the contract review process to assurance technical risks are captured and
8. Work closely with HQ solution center and product team to manage the product updates and technical changes
9. Travel with sales to provide technical support and better demonstrate product technical advantages
10. Interpret UL, IEEE, IEC, NEC, North American grid code requirements and other regulatory requirements and provide input to the company’s product line
11. Attend industry trade shows and marketing events to support the improvement and expansion of the company’s brand recognition
