- Streamlines project execution operations from order intake to project final commissioning
- Eliminates waste through problem identification and resolution within departments and external stakeholders
- Works with department heads to eliminate waste and standardize processes through technology and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Creates process maps for PMO and interaction with other departments and develops and maintains KPI.
- Drafts SOPs for PMO and partake in the ERP implementation project.
- Implements LEAN practices and process improvement processes.
- Assists in the development and implementation of a ‘best-in-class ‘continuous improvement strategy.
- Works with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, including training, reporting, and systems enhancements.
- Actively monitors project risks to foresee/identify potential problems and proactively identify solutions to address in advance.
- Provides data-driven recommendations to the C-Suite team on organizational and/or process flow enhancements.
