This June we are celebrating Faye from our IT Department! Faye started at Sungrow in June of 2020 and has over a decade of IT administration experience. She relocated to San Francisco from China in 2013 and we are so happy to have her as part of the Sungrow family several years later! 

Faye has been instrumental to the growth of our staff and the IT infrastructure around us. Since she joined during COVID she played an even more vital role in ensuring our technological infrastructure was up to par for remote work. In addition, when Faye joined Sungrow, there were very few resources from which she could build; yet, she has built the essential framework we need as we grow beyond 100 employees across the Americas. 

Ryan Chen, Operations Manager, says, “She is a critical resource for special projects across various departments which require IT technical knowledge and expertise. Given the diversity of products and solutions that we sell, she has been a great resource to address special needs both internally and externally.”

Faye also acts as a critical member of our IT infrastructure by developing critical software system frameworks between our division and HQ. For example, she played an important role in our global ERP-- a critical software aiding in Sungrow’s success as a large-scale equipment manufacturer.
